Meet the Stylists

Marcello Alvisi
Marcello has always had the desire to help people look and feel good. Graduated from Wilfred Academy in 1981, worked at several salons in West Chester and Downingtown areas. Opened his own salon in 1984. Recognizing the need to provide an even greater level of customer satisfaction, Marcello opened Novello Salon in 1996. Since then he strives to bring out the best in all of the Novello team members through education in new techniques and customer service so they can continue to provide excellent service in a professional and relaxed atmosphere.
Hours: Wednesday 9-8, Friday 9-3 Saturday 9-4 

Kim Pantellas
Kim possesses a passion for creative hair styling. She has a teachers certificate in cosmetology and over 18 years of experience in providing outstanding customer service. Her specialties include innovative cutting as well as being certified as a master colorist with Loreal. Kim is licensed in Brazilian Keratin Straightening and Cinderella Hair Extensions.
Hours: Tuesday 9-3, Wednesday 9-8, Friday 9-3 Saturday 8-3 

Megan Holler
Megan loves to pamper her clients by tailoring her skills to suit the individual. Her advanced education in hair color and foil techniques brings her clients the best service possible. With 10 years of experience, Megan has the creativity and a personal touch that makes each of her clients feel special.
Hours: Tuesday 4-8, Wednesday 3-8, Thursday 4-8, Saturday 9-4

Kara Malicki
Kara loves the salon industry and finds her work extremely rewarding. Her work with color is very dimensional with rich colors and highlights that catch your eye. Kara is experienced in working with curly hair, her expert cutting and texturizing techniques are apparent in the finished style. Extensions, make-up applications and formal updo styles are just a few of her specialties. Kara brings 9 years of experience and an incomparable work ethic to give each client the perfect finish.
Hours: Tuesday 10-8, Wednesday 9-3, Thursday 9-8, Friday 12-5:30, Saturday 9-2

Nikki Teller
Nikki began her career in the industry 14 years ago to make people feel good about themselves. In addition to her creative coloring and foiling techniques she excels in formal up do styles for special events, pedicures, manicures, and make-up application. Nikki provides the utmost in customer satisfaction through continually advancing her knowledge.
Hours: Tuesday 9-3, Wednesday 9-3, Thursday 10-8, Friday 10-6, Saturday 9-4
 
Kerry Boudreau
Kerry graduated the Gordon Philips school in 1994. She experienced a few salons as well as an owner of a salon for seven years. She leads by example with enthusiasm and dedication to her profession for her clients and her peers as well. Continuing education is key to being current with trends and techniques. She is proud to call Novello Salon her home, and strives to exhibit all of the qualities that are essential to this organization.

Casey Grentz
Casey, who is one of our newest team members graduated from Pulse Beauty Academy. She brings a fresh new energy to Novello. Advanced education, natural talent, and hard work have made Casey a “stand out” as a young talent. Color and foil techniques are her forte. Outstanding customer service and continuing education are her main priorities.
Hours: Tuesday 4-8, Friday 9-6

Salon Coordinator : Stephanie Delcampo
Stephanie's customer service skills are first rate. Our clients always compliment on the attention to detail and personal service that she provides them. Stephanie also holds a bachelors degree in fine art as well as studies in customer service and with that she brings a combination of talents that translate into great customer service for all our clients.
