Marcello Alvisi
Marcello has always had the desire to help people look and feel good. Graduating from Wilfred Academy in 1981, he worked in several salons in the West Chester and Downingtown areas, and then in 1984 opened his own salon. Recognizing the need to provide an even greater level of customer satisfaction to a wider client base, in 1996 he opened Novello Salon in Chester Springs. Twelve years later, he continues to seek to bring out the best in all of the Novello team members with the finest customer service, education, new techniques, and great products so they can continue to provide excellent service in a professional and relaxed atmosphere.
Kim Pantellas
Kim has always possessed a passion for creative hair styling. She has a teacher's certificate in cosmetology and over 15 years of experience in providing outstanding customer service. Her specialties include innovative cutting, coloring, and creative foiling.
Hours: Tuesday 9-3, Wednesday 9-8, Friday 9-3, Saturday 9-4
Megan Marie Holler
Megan loves to pamper her clients by tailoring her skills to suit the individual. She specializes in correcting hair color and making clients feel comfortable with their own personal style. Megan has been with Novello for seven years, bringing her creativity and personal touch to make each of her clients feel special.

Kara Malicki
Kara loves the salon industry and finds her work extremely rewarding. Her specialties include an "edgier" coloring style with rich colors and added dimension. She brings seven years of experience and an incomparable work ethic to give each client the perfect finish.

Nikki Teller
Nikki began her career in the salon industry 12 years ago to make people feel good about themselves. She excels in formal updo styles for special events, pedicures, manicures, and make-up application. Nikki is continually advancing her knowledge to provide the utmost in customer satisfaction.

Kerry Boudreau
In her own words, Kerry "loves doing hair and making people feel happy". Her specialties include cutting, coloring, updo styles, and foil highlighting, She has 14 years of experience and continuing education to give her clients the most current trends in the hair industry.
